  • Though not required, it is encouraged that you mark your golf ball.  If you mark it in several places it can be identified without having to lift it.  A line can help you line up for your putt, dots are easy and stencils can give you a unique shape.
  • Make sure it is your ball you are hitting as it is a 2 stroke penalty if you hit someone else’s.
